Hopefully this will provide you with information you are looking for, but you are welcome to email me or give me a call and ask any questions too.
What style of work do you shoot?
I shoot reportage/Documentry style images with traditional group photography (when requested) to create a complete storybook of your day.
What kind of packages and service do you offer?
I offer simple, uncomplicated price structures that allow you to put together individual options & create your own plan, or you can choose one of my inclusive package plan options. I work with you to design an individually styled package to suit your requirements, ideas and budget.
Do you shoot digital or film?
I shoot using the latest professional Canon digital SLR cameras, lenses & flash kits, film can be used on request.
Do you work with an Assistant?
I mostly work on my own, but use assistants when I feel it is necessary, and I always have an Assistant on stand by, just in case the weather turns. I use experienced assistants, who will help in organizing everything to run smoothly, so I can focus on the photographs and you and your guests can relax.
What are your rates?
For my rates please go to wedding packages for info. My prices reflect the level of experience, qualifications, and commitment that I can offer my clients. Individual rates are available upon request,
Where are you based?
I am based in Brighton, East Sussex.
Where will you go to do pre wedding consultations and to shoot weddings in the UK?
I am happy to travel, but for locations outside of the South East of England some travel expenses and possibly accommodation will need to be covered. This would need to be discussed prior to booking.
How much extra is it for you to fly to, say, New York or Barcelona?
Usually not as much as you might think. Since weddings are planned so far in advance, it’s possible to book ahead and lower the cost of travel.
Do you have a back-up plan if something unforeseen happened?
Yes, I always carry 2 sets of equipment and have full public liability & indemnity insurance. I also have experienced backup photographers available if I unfortunately were to break both my legs the day before your wedding.
What about hidden extras, reproduction rights etc
I give you the reproduction rights included with all of my options and packages to enable you to do your own reprints if you wish. This should not be mistaken with copyright, which is legally assigned to me as the photographer and image creator. This can be negotiated for an additional fee, but is normally unnecessary unless you are appearing in a magazine or publication.
We want to book you and talk with you further
If you are interested in booking me, Please contact me I am happy to arrange a time at your convenience when we can meet and I can show you my wedding portfolio. Looking at images on the web is fine, but looking at fine prints and full wedding albums is real photography.
This meeting is a chance to really put together ideas and design the perfect plan that will suit your day.
I like to spend time getting to know my clients as much as possible. The more comfortable and relaxed you feel with having me at your wedding the better. It also makes for better pictures too!
Since 2005 I have been working as a freelance photographer based in Brighton, specialising in weddings, events, portraits and commissioned work. I like to keep things simple, so everything is clear from the word go. All my prices include post production time and your full res images, so no nasty surprises with hidden costs.
